Executive Chef, Daniel Irvine’s commitment to freshness and knowing what is on the plate is the cornerstone of trü's philosophy. Specialties include a Duo of Duck, Pan seared Ahi Tuna, Roasted Australian Lamb, Honey and Fennel Roasted Chicken, Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Bouillabaisse. A fresh catch is offered daily and an entrée feature as well; it may be farm raised venison one day, or Ostrich the next. trü’s service staff is a cast of seasoned professionals. Each with a unique, polished style and ready to provide a warm welcome; complemented by knowledgeable yet unobtrusive service. The décor, a combination of warm reds, rich mahogany, and soft curves, trü has been described as "New York posh", setting the tone for a dining experience unrivalled in the city.
